Linda is originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She currently resides in Cedar Rapids with her husband, John. Her son, Gordon, currently attends the University of Iowa. She is a graduate of Kirkwood Community College where she majored in Aid for the Handicap. She has been with Premier Investments of Iowa, Inc. since 2000.

She is a board member of TRIAD Linn County Seniors Against Crime, and she is also an advisory board member for Basket of Hope. In her free time she enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
